Singapore

I was talking to one of my friends about his travel plans soon. He's really into traveling and has went to a backpacking trip to some asian countries. I was asking some tips about dumaguete and bohol which unfortunately he hasn't gone to yet. Then he suggested that we go to Singapore since a friend would be staying there for the month of October. He's also suggesting passing by Kuala Lumpur. Well, it sounds like a great idea but I would still have to check my budget and choose whether to pursue my plans of going to dumaguete-siquijor-bohol or just choose the Singapore trip.
