getting old

When one gets old I think companionship really matters. You’ve probably lived your life, hopefully, to the fullest and somehow just taking it easy and just enjoying what’s left of it. Others may have a hard time understanding you and somehow you just feel that you want somebody who can relate to you. It would be great if you still have a partner you can share the joys of life with. I guess more than the physical thing, one would probably look for someone you could talk to and share ideas with when you get older. This may not be easy for some. Lucky for those who have that kind of partner.

Don’t you just love receiving gifts? I’m actually looking forward to getting our gift baskets for the chinese new year? Getting this kind of basket is usually extra special for those working in companies with consumable products. Gift baskets are really cool especially seeing all the assorted goodies inside. I have mixed emotions with getting consumable gifts, it would be nice to have gifts which you can have for a longer period of time. But if it’s really some yummy food, I think I wouldn’t mind! Gifts are still gifts which one should be thankful for, regardless of what’s inside. As what they always say, it’s the thought that counts, right?

Music

Just the other day, I was with a friend and she asked me if I was familiar with this certain song. I didn’t have any idea what it was. Then it dawned on me that I haven’t listened to the radio for the longest time. I don’t even watch MTV anymore. I guess the only time I get to listen to music is when I’m riding in a taxi and the radio is on. I haven’t listened to any of my mp3s for the longest time as well. And I asked myself why and I just didn’t have any answer. Too lazy to even open my media player? I dunno.

Have you thought about your future? Have you considered getting an insurance? Have you tried getting your life insurance quotes? Times like these, you have to be responsible enough to be prepared for what the future can bring. I think my parents got for us already but I’m thinking of getting another one. I hope I get a nice all in one insurance wherein I’ll be able to optimize their benefits.

My friend just started a small company and is asking for advice of what promotional products she can come up with. Well, there are really a lot of options to choose from. Usually companies pick objects that one usually uses regularly and put their logo and/or company name on it. That’s what they usually give away. Since people use it often, they would always be reminded of that particular company.

My friend works in one of the canadian drug stores. She says that there really are a lot of medicine which are cheaper in canada as compared to the united states. It's great that there are a lot of online pharmacies already which efficiently delivers the medicines to your home with no hassle. This is essentially very important especially when you are so sick and don't have the energy to go our or have someone to buy for you. There are a lot of service friendly agents to aid you in your orders. That's really awesome, isn't it?

dog collar

Have you tried using an innotek bark collar? We're looking for some reviews online so we could determine how good they are and if they are worth buying. I know it can be quite annoying when a dog barks too often, especially when you are sleeping. Incessant barking can annoy neighbors too! I guess bark collars are a great invention, if used in the right way. I wonder really how effective they are. I would appreciate your feedback on this product.

a good run

I would really love to join a marathon, not necessarily a full but probably a 3K run for starters. I was supposed to join one but I found out a day before that I was pregnant! Anyway, I still went with my hubby who ran a 10K but I just stood by the sideline to take his pictures. There were a lot of people and a lot of sponsors who were giving away customized products. Anyway, I hope I can go for a quick run soon. It would be nice to go jogging with my daughter when she grows up.

pumps

Dad has been building a vacation house in our province in batangas. He's been doing it little by little and doing lots of DIY stuff. The place is already liveable but there's still quite a few stuff that he wants to fix and add up. He's looking at WeGotPumps.com water pump so he could have one installed there as well. It's nice to have a vacation place that you could rest at during weekends. Maybe we could plant some fruit bearing trees as well as other herbs there which would be nice to harvest once in awhile.

long holiday

It’s starting to become colder during nights already. It would be nice to snuggle up to an electric blanket to keep you warm. It’s a bit hard to get up on mornings and would love to get that extra snooze. I just love the Christmas holidays. It’s a good thing that everybody would have a long Christmas vacation. I’m sure a lot of people are happy with the declared long duration of the non working holidays.

headphones

My headphones got busted again. It's time to get a replacement so that I can watch my downloaded movies through my tablet without disturbing my husband sleeping beside me. Maybe I'll get shure headphones. This time I would not look for the cheapest one, but look for good quality headphones which would sounds good and would last for a long time. I have tried a lot of cheap headphones and they rarely last long.

popped the question

I'm so happy that my friend finally popped the question to her girl friend! Their relationship might not be that long yet, probably just a year, but I've seen them so happy together. They are so compatible! I'm so happy for them. I wish them the best! They're planning their wedding already and I'm sure it would be an awesome one! Cheers to love!

guitar

I'm looking at eMedia Guitars at Musicians friend. They have starter packs for kids which I'm thinking of giving to a friend's son who's into music and playing the guitar lately. He has been urging his mom to get him his own guitar already. It would really be great to be supportive so he can hone his talents further more. Maybe he would be a great guitarist someday.

handy man

It's amazing how much tools my dad has accumulated over the years. He was able to build most of our furniture in our province using his tools. Lately he has been looking for these. I guess he was able to use up all his stock already. He still needs some for his other home projects. He really is a handy man. He certainly has saved lots of money by making home projects by himself instead of buying from the store and having other people do it.

Maybe if I pursued playing the piano and guitar I would probably be part of a band playing professionally right now. That's one of my wild dreams. That would have been awesome to be part of a playing band. I would probably be browsing for yamaha mg32 14fx right now and looking for other music related stuff to improve our craft. I do miss playing the piano and the guitar.
