growing up

Looks like it’s the time for our age group where we get invited to each others’ weddings, baptisms and birthdays of kids of our friends. It’s just so exciting. Time has passed by so fast. Just last night I got a text from a friend that she just got engaged! How fun is that?! And another friend is on the way already! She’s 3 months pregnant! That’s another blessing to look forward to! We're all growing up indeed

A friend of mine is currently into golf. Well, I’m not too excited with the game but he’s really into it and really enjoys playing it. I don’t see myself buying the gears so it’s good that my friend has those stuff already that I can just borrow.

ps3 games

With the heavy rain going on, a lot of classes were suspended for around 4 days. Probably not all students enjoyed the long vacation especially those whose places were flooded, but for those who were warm at home, I'm sure they had a blast not having classes for a long time. A friend's child has been urging her to buy ps3 games so they can have more games to play while they do not have classes. Too bad for the kid, the roads were flooded and they couldn't go to the mall.

movie watching

I love watching movies but going to movies have become so expensive already that sometimes it’s more economical to just watch dvds at home. It’s pretty cool that we can make use of our projector in order to have that movie-like experience. But it would be much cooler to have some home theater seating! I’m sure friends and family would rather watch at home rather than go to movies.

Individual addictions truly take their toll on a person and his or her family. A special drug rehab facility that caters very well to the needs of a person is imperative for a full recovery. If you have kids who are over achievers, for sure you have lots of trophies and medals displayed at your house. A parent can't help but be proud of their children's achievements. I know of one who even allotted a room just for the trophies and medals of their children! I just hope their children aren't so pressured to always perform their best and would learn to enjoy life and not be as rigid. Problems end up occurring when parents end up pressuring children to always be perfect.

crafting

I'm into arts and crafts again lately. It's nice to do do-it-yourself projects to personalize weddings. One needs a durable and sharp single edge razor blades to cut stuff. I've accumulated quite a number of stuff for crafting. I just hope I would be inspired more to create beautiful stuff. It's fun experimenting. I just don't like the cleaning up afterwards.

enchanted kingdom

I would love to go back to Enchanted Kingdom. I know Disneyland is way much better, but then it’s the closest I can get to a good theme park. I love the adrenalin rush and having the feeling of being a kid again. It somehow makes you forget all your problems and just enjoy the rides. Its extra fun when you’re with your loved one and you can just be crazily happy together.

I'm really liking the michael kors watch that I saw online. Even if I haven't been wearing a watch for the longest time, seeing this model made me think twice on whether to get one. I'm not much of an accessories person but having a watch on would be great to compliment a dress. If I'll be getting a watch, I would pick one with a timeless classic design. I'm leaning towards something white so it would look nice in any color of outfit.

Stye

I hate that I got a stye again! It's irritating. I just hope that it doesn't have any effect on our baby. I hope and pray also that this would go away already and never come back again. I had another stye just a month ago and now I have another one. I don't know if it's related to my diabetes. I hope it's not. Anyway, I'm trying all my best to be healthy for my baby.
