Hubby and I are still discussing whether to get assembled kitchen cabinets or have them custom made. There are a lot of designs available already which are stylish. I guess it would all boil down to the cost. Although of course picking assembled ones already are much more efficient. And at least you already know how it would look like. You might get a bit disappointed when you have custom made ones and they don't turn out the way you imagined it to be.

looking forward to 2013

Anyway, as the new year arrives I've been trying to write down and set goals my for 2013. And just looking at my list, looks like that I still got so many things that I want to do with my life. Hopefully I get to achieve all of those. Well, I'm still finalizing my list. Maybe I'll share them with you pretty soon. I hope I get to accomplish all of my goals and more. I'm so looking forward to the next year! I'm sure it would be an awesome year! I intend to make it as such!

Pacquiao's fight

Manny Pacquiao’s fight which is coming up pretty soon is one of the most awaited matches in the boxing industry this year. It would really be fun watching live! I’m sure my sweetie would have a blast if he had ring side tickets. For sure hotels Las Vegas have would be pretty full with all those who wants to watch the fight live. I heard the tickets are almost sold out. Oh I would really love to go to Las Vegas to watch.

renovation

We're delaying looking for kitchen sink faucets since it make take awhile before we can proceed with the renovation of our condo unit. With the baby coming, there's just a lot of related expenses that we need to prioritize. We wouldn't want to start the renovation only to put it into a halt in case our budget won't be enough. If only we can win the lotto, then it would be so much easier to proceed with our planned renovation.

Hehehe! …not the grand prize though, I only got 3 numbers right. The prize for that is just Php100. It could’ve been 4 numbers if I included my sweetie’s birthday which would be equivalent to Php1,000 prize. Oh well. The winners are really lucky, the pot was big! I can just imagine the things that I will do and buy in case I won. That would certainly be a fun and exciting shopping-spree.

Oh wow! I just browsed over my past foodie posts and I just realized how I terribly miss making those kinds of posts! I miss eating out, taking pictures, and posting them here. It has been such a long time since I posted a foodie post. *sigh* Oh well. There's a long list of other stuff that I still want to do...

You can make use of different fonts, graphics, and colors. There are some sites wherein the text is just so hard to read since it was designed poorly. The letters are too small or too big, The font style is not so readable, and the color just plainly hurts the eye.

I have a few batch mates who took the Real Estate Exam and passed. I was actually surprised that they were interested in real estate since one was a doctor already and the other is into computers. I guess there’s really big money in selling real estate that people with other careers go into that as a supplementary career. Times like these, you really have to be smart and have your own strategy on how to get rich!

I'm looking for horse riding apparel for kids. One of my godchildren loves horses and I think she would really enjoy getting horse riding apparel. Maybe she can wear it to the next costume party. Anyway, I'm still assessing my options what else to give her. It's pretty hard determining what kids want since they usually change their mind often. They can be into one thing and change their preferences in a flick of a finger.

There are a lot of options when choosing which wedding gift favor to give out to your guests. I have encountered a lot already. I’m just glad that there aren’t too many circumstances anymore when I get to receive stuff to display as wedding souvenirs. I hate getting those since they aren’t really useful and usually just accumulate dust. Weddings I have been to lately usually give out edible souvenirs like cupcakes and mini cakes which were really yummy. Others just donate to charity in the name of their guests. It’s great that there are a lot of companies becoming eco friendly. Now there are even Eco-friendly fashion wear that you can buy. I have seen some pretty cool graphic tees and jackets. I have also seen some cute baby tees which have those nice taglines which are also environmentally-friendly made. If we all adjust our lifestyles and keep up with being eco-friendly, we can hopefully delay the terrible effects of global warming.

I miss playing poker so much. It has been ages since I last played poker. It would probably be quite an experience to join a Poker Tournament. It would probably be more fun doing it for real as compared to just playing online. Well, I wouldn’t know. Playing online would probably easier to bluff your way. My poker buddies have been busy as well so I don’t have anyone to play with. Maybe I can go play online for the meantime. I used to play poker at facebook but it’s just for fun. As early as now, we should be preparing everything that we need when the baby is here already. I hope I would find some soon that would be comfortable to wear. We're really anxious and excited for our baby to arrive already. I hope we get to prepare everything right on time.
