My sweetie and I are trying to figure out how much it would cost us to renovate our condo unit since we would only be getting it bare. We need to put some tiles as well as build some cupboards in the kitchen as well as tabletops. It is overwhelming but we know that it would be a good investment. It would really be nice to have a place of our own. With that, we’re thinking over if our jobs are enough to pay for everything. We still need to allot some money for her sisters’ tuition fee so that’s a big chunk of money already.
