build muscles

I haven't been going to the gym anymore. It really sucks since I'm just wasting my gym membership. It's really hard when there's just too much to do at work. By the time my day ends, I'm just craving to go home and rest. I don't actually get to rest immediately since I still have to cook dinner for me and my husband. Anyway, I really have to make time for exercise in order to burn the fat and build muscles. I have been wishing that I'd lose weight but I know I have to strive harder to achieve results.
