weight loss pills

Where can you buy weight loss pills which are effective and not expensive? I'm really scared to drink those weight loss pills since you cannot tell for sure if there's an adverse effect. You may not see it now, but before you know it, you already have kidney/liver problems or your heart palpitations may just worsen. I just hope eating healthy foods and getting enough exercise are just that easy then I wouldn't have to think about these weight loss pills.
