more pounds to lose
I've lost around 15 lbs already in a span of 3 months. I know I should be losing more but still I'm celebrating those 15 lbs. Hopefully I can kick it up a notch and lose more. I'm still getting to know which tactic my body responds to better. I am tempted to drink some diet pills but I'll try to give myself a couple more time to try this out the natural way. In the end it still boils down to healthy eating and getting enough exercise. I know I still have a long way to go but I just need to keep on having a positive outlook.
