diet
It is really hard to stay on a diet. One way or another there will be slip ups especially when you have a fudgey chocolate cake in front of you or that sumptuous crispy pata! They are definitely drool-worthy food. Oh well. I guess I just have to come up with a great fitness plan to follow right after the holidays. I would certainly need a Body Detox so I can rejuvenate my body and somehow undo all the bad eating I have been doing this season. Hopefully I can follow a more regular exercise regimen as well as be able to control and discipline myself much more when it comes to eating.
