Sometimes we don't appreciate much the work of HR and think that their work is just easy or not as important. But contrary to that, they have one of the most important roles in the company. Without their help in hiring competent people for the company, the company wouldn't prosper or perform as it should. They're the ones responsible for employment background checks and making sure that the person is indeed match for the specific position applied for.
