In one’s business, it is important to optimize business performance management. This would include planning, consolidating and reporting. Having a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering, we were taught a lot about need for streamlining and eliminating non-value added processes as well as eliminating unnecessary costs. We always need to look into continuous improvement so that the performance of our business processes would always be at its optimal level as much as possible.
