windmills

As we all know, there are different kinds of energy, such electric energy, solar energy and wind energy. Good thing that these windmills were built there to provide alternative energy for Ilocos Norte. The wind energy produced by these windmills certainly helps save up a lot on electricity bills as compared to using electric energy. These windmills are actually barely new. They’ve been operating for just around 3 years in Banggui and fortunately are able to supply electricity to around 40% of Ilocos Norte already (or approximately around 3 towns). All 15 of these windmills can generate a total of 25MW of power! Producing this amount of power is quite an achievement considering that they only rely on strong steady winds.
