gym

One of the things I wanted to improve on for 2012 was my health so I could get pregnant. I enrolled in a gym to enable me to have a proper workout regimen. I especially enjoyed joining the body jam, body combat, and yoga exercise group classes. I also take time to use the sauna after every gym session. I really feel good afterwards. I hope I get to go to the gym again after I give birth. But then again if I will be exclusively breastfeeding our baby I think that would take a long time to happen. It's good that you can burn 500 calories a day when breastfeeding!
