Manufacturing companies aim to have zero accidents in their factories. This can be quite a challenge especially if they deal with machineries manually operated just like one of the plants where we had a case study during college. Their people manually put stainless steel sheets under a mold in order to mold bowls. This can be quite risky since if you have the wrong timing, you can get your hand cut off.
