Many times we end up thinking whether to get a nanny or house help so that I can probably go back to work so we can have more financial freedom. But we would always be hesitant because of all the bad news one would hear about horror stories about hiring one. We just cannot risk hiring one that could potentially harm our child. I'm not sure if it would be applicable to have background checks at easy backgrounds for hiring one but I'm pretty sure that if ever we do end up deciding to hire one, she would certainly go through a very meticulous hiring process.
