designing the unit

It's fun imagining how we would be designing our condo unit. It's not that big but enough for us as a couple and maybe for a kid or two. I just love that we have our own balcony. Maybe we can skip the outdoor deck fans since it can get pretty windy up there so we wouldn't probably need those anymore. We're even thinking if we really need an airconditioning unit since all we need is to open the windows and it's cool already.
