more veggies
I can take advantage of taking those daily nutritional supplements. So whatever vitamins and minerals I don't get from what I eat daily, I still get through those. I'd probably Drink My Daily Veggies. I can use this alternative vegetable supplement, which I can actually add to simple recipes just so I can get my daily vegetables body needs. I need to incorporate it in my lifestyle and observe healthy living. Of course exercise is also part of the plan. Oh well. I just hope I can keep all my resolutions.
