I miss scrapping. I haven't touched my scrapbook stuff for quite some time already. I still have to finish a minibook for a friend. Anyway, I'm just post a letter in behalf of Lindy Kidder, one of our e-group member both at Scrapbooks Exchange and at Pinoy Scrapbookers. A few scrapbookers are actually helping her plan the event and hoping that we will be able to gather some funds for the Carmelite Nuns of Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac for the construction of their chapel.
"Scrap, Share and Shop" is a whole day event on March 8 from 10am - 5pm
at Centro Montessori, #49 Xavierville Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon
City.
SCRAP
We will have scrapbooking challenges for all participants. Your chance
to do what you love most and do a good deed.
For those who are so inclined, make cards for donation to the Carmelite
nuns.
SHARE
If you have any scrapbooking items that you do not need anymore but
someone else can certainly use, please donate them to the cause. We can
either auction this off or set up a baratillo booth in the event. All
proceeds will go to the fund.
SHOP
We have invited major suppliers to be at the event so you can shop to
your heart's content. The suppliers are also supporting the fund drive.
