A lot have ventured into real estate. It may take a some hard work but if you get to close a deal, it's like hitting the jackpot in a slot machine due to the commission that you would be getting. There are a lot of opportunities in real estate. Some go into rental property investment. Investors would buy real estates and then rent out the place. Others buy and develop real estates and then sell it at a higher price.
