I think almost all IE grads' ambition is to be able to go up the corporate ladder. I definitely believe that my course is very well designed to equip us for that challenge. I did enjoy my corporate life...being part of ABS-CBN and Philippine Seven Corp. But then again I sooo hate office politics and all the same other stuff employees usually complain about. And then there's that continuous comparison of salaries which is usually the cause of job hopping. One important thing I learned is that there really isn't a perfect company. Some may have higher salaries but have become corporate slaves. Somehow I don't want to fall into that trap.
